More About Our Adoptable Dogs
All adult dogs are fully vetted, spayed or neutered, and up to date on DHLPP, Bordetella, and rabies vaccinations.
Puppies are fully vetted, dewormed, and receive age-appropriate vaccinations.
Every dog and puppy is microchipped and registered with 24PetWatch. Upon adoption, the microchip is transferred to the new owner at no additional cost.
Our adult dogs participate in a foster-to-adopt program. This trial period gives you and the dog time to get to know each other before making the adoption permanent. During this time, WAG Rescue provides food, bedding, and medical care.
Every dog is heartworm tested and receives monthly heartworm, flea, and tick prevention. If a dog tests positive for heartworms, WAG Rescue will discuss its individualized treatment plan with potential adopters.
